FEGGE DISTRICT SCOUT COUNCIL ENDS CAMP

Scout in Fegge District of Anambra State Scout Council ends weekend camp. The camp began by 4.00pm on Thursday 8th August with registration of participants. It was declared open by the State Scout Commissioner, Anambra State, Prince Levi Ezeudogu, at the official opening ceremony 10:00 am, Saturday 10th August.

 At the opening ceremony were some dignitaries like Asst. State Scout Commissioner, Mr Peter Udo; SHQ Commissioner, Programme, Umeojiako Adolphus Chukwudi; SHQ Commissioner, Scout shop, Chief Mrs Anthonia Odina; Barristers Chiedozie Ogbueri and Emmanuel Ezemenari

93 boys and girls participated in the first camp organized by the District Scout Commissioner, Augustine Nwakalor since the creation of the new District.

The camp was full of indoor and outdoor activities like footballing, hiking, lectures etc.

Educative lectures were delivered by the following dignitaries.
1. History of Scout by Umeojiako Adolphus Chukwudi, SHQC Programme, Anambra state
2. First aiding and first aid treatments by Master Anaeche Okechukwu M., District Scout Commissioner, Nsugbe.
3. Group management by Nwakalor Augustine, D.C, Fegge.
4. Scout Uniform by Chief Mrs Odina Anthonia, SHQC., Scout shop.
5. Fundamental Human Right in Nigeria by Prince Eluma Okoli, DSL / Camp coordinator
6. Scout and society by Ozoanieze F., APC, Rovers, Onitsha south Province.
7. How to make Dettol by Uzoka Chukwuma, District sec.
8. Signalling and sign by Emma Okoye, Provincial Scout Commissioner, Onitsha South.
